- Download **IPTV Smarters Pro** or **TiviMate** from the Google Play Store.
- Launch the application and select **Add New User**.
- Choose **Login with Xtream Codes API**.
- Enter any name (e.g., IPTVBoxs) and your credentials provided via email.
- Click **Add User** and wait for the playlist to load successfully.

- Open the **Samsung App Store** or **LG Content Store** on your TV.
- Search for and install a recommended IPTV app: **SET IPTV**, **Smart One**, **IBO Player**, or **IPTV Smarters**.
- Launch the app and look for the **MAC Address** on the screen.
- Visit the app's activation portal (e.g., iboplayer.com) to upload your playlist.

- Install and open the **SET IPTV** app. Note down the **MAC Address**.
- Go to the portal: **https://setsysteme.com/set.app** on your phone/PC.
- Enter the **MAC Address** and paste your **M3U Playlist URL**.
- Complete the reCAPTCHA and click **Send**.
- Restart the app on your TV to load the dashboard.
Smart One IPTV Setup
- Open **Smart One IPTV** and navigate to the **Account** tab to find your **MAC Address**.
- Visit **https://smartone-iptv.com/upload-playlist** on your browser.
- Enter your **MAC Address**, give the playlist a name (e.g., IPTVBoxs), and enter your **M3U URL**.
- Click **Add Playlist** and wait for the success message.
- Reload the app on your TV and enjoy the stream!

Watch directly on your computer with ease.
- Download and install **VLC Media Player** or **IPTV Smarters** for Windows/Mac.
- If using VLC: Go to **Media** > **Open Network Stream**.
- Paste your unique **M3U Playlist URL** into the network URL box.
- Click **Play**, and your channel list will load automatically.
- To view the full list, go to **View** > **Playlist** (Ctrl+L).

Classic IPTV hardware configuration.
- Navigate to **Settings** > **System Settings** > **Servers** > **Portals**.
- Set **Portal 1 Name** as: **IPTVBoxs**.
- Set **Portal 1 URL** as: **http://server.iptvboxs.net:80/c/**
- Save settings and restart the portal.
- Provide us your **MAC Address** (starts with 00:1A:79) during or after purchase.
Still Having Trouble?
My channels are buffering. What should I do?
Try restarting your router and device. Ensure you have at least 25Mbps download speed. If the issue persists, try switching your IPTV player or app.
The login says 'Invalid Credentials'.
Double check your Username and Password for any typos. Remember that these are case-sensitive. Ensure there are no extra spaces at the end of the text.
EPG (TV Guide) is not loading.
Some apps require you to manually sync the EPG source. In IPTV Smarters, go to Settings > Install EPG. or try refreshing the playlist.
Can I use a VPN with your IPTV service?
Yes, we fully support VPNs. In fact, we recommend using a VPN to ensure your privacy and to potentially bypass any ISP throttling during peak hours.
What is the recommended internet speed for 4K streaming?
For smooth 4K/UHD streaming, we recommend a stable download speed of at least 25Mbps. For HD quality, 10Mbps is usually sufficient.
How do I refresh the channel list or VOD?
Most apps like IPTV Smarters have a 'Refresh' button in the settings or on the dashboard. Simply click 'Refresh Movies' or 'Refresh Live TV' to sync the latest updates.
Can I stream on two devices at the same time?
Standard plans support 1 concurrent connection. If you need to stream on multiple devices at once, please contact our support to upgrade to a multi-connection plan.
The audio is out of sync with the video. How to fix?
In your app settings, try changing the 'Player' from Native to Built-in or vice versa. Enabling 'Hardware Decoding' can also resolve sync issues on many devices.
Is there any specific app recommended for LG/Samsung TVs?
We highly recommend **IBO Player**, **SET IPTV**, or **Smart One** for LG and Samsung Smart TVs as they offer the most stable performance and modern user interface.
